WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:
Ohio families whose household income is 300% or lower than the poverty line should apply for Ohio ACE vouchers to fully pay for their tuition for Children’s Theatre Workshop. ACE vouchers can cover any CTW class, workshop, or camp. If you’re not sure if your household is eligible, this link provides the federal poverty guidelines.
IF YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS OVER 300%:
Then just go ahead and register for programs as usual!
IF YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS UNDER 300%:
You have the choice to apply for ACE vouchers, but we definitely recommend it!
IF YOUR HOUSEHOLD WISHES TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP FROM CTW:
If you are in Ohio, you must first apply for ACE vouchers. If you can, use ACE vouchers in lieu of a scholarship. If you are not in Ohio or are denied ACE funding and are still under 300%, email that letter to us at email@example.com along with your scholarship application to CTW, which is located here. If you used all your ACE vouchers elsewhere, send proof of that to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your scholarship application.

I AM IN MICHIGAN OR ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OHIO, I CANNOT APPLY FOR ACE?
Correct! You can go directly to applying for a CTW Scholarship here.
I APPLIED FOR ACE VOUCHERS AND AM WAITING TO HEAR BACK. HOW DO I HOLD A SPOT AT CTW FOR MY CHILD?
Reach out to us at email@example.com or call 419-244-5061 and we will register your child and take some basic information we need to get your spot held while we wait for ACE. Sometimes ACE is not approved until after programs start—don’t worry! Proof that you applied and are waiting to hear back is enough for us to keep your child in programs.
If ACE funding or a scholarship are not for you, please check out our payment plans when you go to register!
