Once you fill out your form and submit it, you will receive an email from Aimee in the next few hours or so confirming your submission. Please check your spam folder; the confirmation can sometimes go there.

Your confirmation email will have a link for Paypal, if you wish to pay in that way. Otherwise, you can drop your payment off in the mailbox outside the office.
