CTW offers theatre classes around a specific topic! A perfect introduction to theatre for those who aren’t ready to commit to a full semester, or a focused study for those looking to boost their skills in a specific area!
“Five, Six, Seven, Eight!” Musical Theatre Workshop
December 21 and 22, 2023 from 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Get your jazz hands ready! This two day camp will resonate with song and tapping feet! Each day will focus on musical theatre song and dance, as well as acting and crafts. This program is for children ages 5-12.
Workshops take place 9:00 am-4:00 pm, with drop off 8:45-9:00 am and pickup 4:00-4:15 pm. This program is $45/day with a 10% discount when you register a sibling!
No previous experience needed. Students with more experience will work on solos and duets during song and dance classes.
Bring a packed lunch. CTW provides snacks, but if you want to send your own snacks with your child, that’s fine. Students may bring their favorite decompression activity–books, craft, etc–for their free time, which is in the afternoon.
There will be a short performance at 3:30 pm on Friday!

Winter Break Play: A Mixed Up Fairytale
December 27-29, 2023 from 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Winter break is a perfect time to get a little creative! CTW staff will work with children ages 7-12 on December 27-29 to prepare and perform a short play, “A Mixed Up Fairy Tale,” which has roles for more and less experienced actors, including those who are still early in their reading skills!
This program is $130 with a 10% discount for siblings. It meets 9:00 am-4:00 pm, with a performance of the short play at 3:30 pm on December 29th. Please pack a lunch to send with your child, CTW will provide morning and afternoon snacks. This program meets at the Collingwood Arts Center, 2413 Collingwood Blvd, Toledo, OH 43620.
