It’s 1965. The space race is on…but not like you remember from the history books. In this alternate universe, aliens that can only be described as pufferfish have long since made contact with humanity. Thanks to the Earth being mostly water, the Puffers assimilated nicely on Earth. Humans and Puffers get along great! But…some Puffers are ready to get back out there. Too bad their landing on Earth was more of a crash landing. Dr. Fluffypants and Dr. Blubber have been secretly experimenting based on old, partially recovered Puffer documents. They’ve almost cracked the code! These two mad scientists are eyeing worm holes and lightspeed in order to reach the farthest edges of space. If only their two kids, Taylor and Bubbles, would stay out of their lab. Oops…

Taylor and Bubbles accidentally launch themselves into unexplored space, meeting all sorts of friendly and unfriendly life forms. Drs. Fluffypants and Blubber HAVE to get their spaceship–um, of course they mean their kids!–back!
